  • You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
  • You must have a degree (e.g. BA, BSc)
  • UK & USA passport holders preferred.
  • Full mastery of English across all 4 skills (CEFR C2).
  • One year of previous EFL teaching experience

Job description

IH Tallinn / Tallinn Language Centre is a well-established school based in the capital of Estonia. The school was opened in 1993.
IH Tallinn offers a range of General English Courses to adults, teens and young learners as well as Business English and exam preparation courses (FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS).

All timetables will involve teaching adults and some YL classes (7-17 yrs).
Lessons are taught from Monday to Friday; free weekends. The vast majority of classes take place in the school premises.

About the school and city

IH Tallinn was set up in 1993. Since 2000 Katrin Langa has been the school director. Her claim to fame is that she is (so far) the only she is the only Estonian to have the Cambridge DELTA. Katrin has also taught English in Cairo, Krakow and Vilnius - so she brings a wealth of international exerience to the school.

The team of teachers includes English and Americans, as well as local members of staff. 

The school offers English courses for adults and young learners and also preparation courses for different international English exams.
