- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- The role is open only to those with the right to work in the EU.
- You must have full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8

What we’re looking for
- CELTA or equivalent qualification
- Confidence teaching all levels of English
- Experience with exam preparation, Young Learners and English for Specific Purposes is a plus
- Comfortable with online or hybrid teaching
- Preferably one year of ELT experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver English language lessons tailored to students' needs and aligned with curriculum guidelines.
- Monitor, assess, and document student performance and progress regularly, using both formative and summative assessment practices in line with required standards and criteria.
- Participate in curriculum design, resource development, and continuous school improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and student progress in compliance with requirements.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, CPD training sessions, peer observations, and professional development activities as required.
- Support student welfare, safeguarding, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow academic policies and procedures, including those required for ELT Council compliance, Eaquals and IHWO inspection standards.
Administrative Duties:
- Complete student reports, progress reports, progress testing, assessment and feedback forms as required.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff on scheduling, lesson planning, and academic matters.
- Contribute to internal and external quality assurance processes.
