Essential Requirements
- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- The role is open only to those with the right to work in the EU.
- You must have a degree (e.g. BA, BSc)
- You must have full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8
- Minimum two years' experience-proven ability to teach ESL to a wide variety of ages and levels including Very Young Learners and teens
- Experience of Cambridge ESOL exams
- Experience teaching for 'PON/PNRR' courses in Italy
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Actively looking to improve as a teacher
Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced, hard-working and motivated professional EFL teachers to join our team in November 2025.
Our school caters for a wide range of learners including Very Young Learners, teens and adults. We also provide courses off-site for businesses and state schools. You are expected to teach an AVERAGE of 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday (or Tuesday to Saturday) and are given a range of courses across age and ability levels. Eligible teachers will receive training as Cambridge English ESOL Speaking Examiners/Supervisors as part of their professional development.
Desirable
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience of online teaching
- Working knowledge of Italian for off-site courses.
