Job Description

Are you a team player with leadership skills and a passion for education? This is your chance to shine! At AB, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Academic Manager to be part of our amazing team. You’ll work hand in hand with other Academic Managers and the commercial team to ensure top-quality education and happy students! 
🔹 What will you do? 
✔️ Oversee daily academy operations (schedules, classrooms, teachers, etc.) 
✔️ Motivate and lead the teaching team 
✔️ Ensure high-quality teaching & student satisfaction 
✔️ Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed 
✔️ Provide excellent customer service 
✔️ Help promote the academy to corporate & institutional clients 
✔️ Assist in product development & marketing strategies 
✔️ Participate in recruitment & training

🔹 What do we need from you? 
✅ Fluent in English & Spanish (a must!) 
✅ A strong teamwork mindset 🤝 
✅ A proactive, problem-solving attitude 
✅ Great communication & organizational skills 
✅ Experience in online teaching (ideally via Zoom) 
✅ IT skills & ability to adapt to new technologies 
✅ Previous management experience is a plus!

Other Benefits

Accommodation: up to 300€ as initial accommodation/3 nights of accommodation
