How long were you an EFL teacher, and how long have you been a teacher trainer?

I have been a teacher for 22 years, and a teacher trainer for 12 years. 

What are your hopes/aspirations for your trainees?

I strongly believe in CPD, individual approach and localisation of teaching and training while maintaining and exceeding the set standards.

When you were an EFL teacher what did you like most, and how do you bring that into the classroom for your trainees?

The significance of meaning, flexibility of language, and dealing with challenges faced by individual learners.

What advice would you give your trainees for successfully completing the course?

Be open-minded and don’t be afraid to experiment – it’s all about your development.
