Essential role requirements
- You must have a DELTA, DipTESOL, or MA TESOL
- We are looking for experience of EFL and team management, expertise in the field of Young Learners and Teenagers and a minimum B2 level in spoken and written Italian
- You must have a YL qualification
- The role is open only to those with the right to work in the EU.
- You must have a driving licence and a degree

We are an authorized Cambridge English Language Assessment Platinum centre and an authorized IDP IELTS centre carrying out more than 12,000 Cambridge Exams and IELTS tests combined per year. Are you looking for a management role in Italy? We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Director of Studies to help our teachers to be their best and to ensure high quality delivery of our courses. The Director of Studies manages a team of approximately 10 teachers and a YL coordinator and while overseeing the planning and development of courses for adults, teens, and young learners (YL). The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is a team player able to make independent decisions and use their own initiative.
